Over the past few weeks we've been exploring all things food, it's art, it's science and it's consumers. We've rounded up a few snippets that caught our eye.

GENERATION Z

It's acknowledged that 'Generation Z' are drinking less alcohol than the generations before them and brands and retailers are having to adjust to this new marketplace. The sale of non-alcoholic drinks is on the rise and this year predicts we'll see turmeric shots and charcoal-activated water becoming popular. Not to mention the continuing trend towards cold-pressed juices. But what about non-alcoholic spirits? Have you come across those yet?

Seedlip is the worlds first non-alcoholic spirit brand. They use small copper stills to make herbal spirits. An alchemy first recorded in London Apothecaries in the 1600's.

Their mocktail menu looks pretty good!

IN THE FUTURE THIS COMPUTER WILL GROW YOUR FOOD

He demonstrates farming as a digital open source platform, where one creates recipes for growing food, not just cooking it.
