For an industry first, Matter led the design translation and one-off, hand-made, specialist production of a moulded fibre sculpture for The Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s rare release.

Working with STKMN to bring his concept vision to life,“The Only Drop” is a handcrafted moulded fibre sculpture that celebrates the relationship between liquid and cask.
Combining traditional craft & technical processes, pioneered in our workshop. The sculpture was made using a unique blend of premium paper fibre and wood shavings taken from the original whisky casks.
